Working as part of the agile Cloud Services team to develop cloud-based infrastructure, support, on demand hosting and services for the Walt Disney Company.
Below are some examples of the Architecture, UX elements, user stories and training materials I created for the work we were doing as part of the roll out to new framework.

An example of some user stories. I wrote them in confluence for review by the team before they were added to the backlog in Jira.
We gathered quantitive data from users about features and bugs from our support team. We also used Survey Monkey and email campaigns with employees that were part of our early adopters team. We implemented Google Analytics to get usage data, and followed up using usability studies to get qualitative data about how users were using the application.
I created user guides in PowerPoint which were posted on our confluence site for self-service training. I also used them for webinars that I hosted for small group training sessions.
