At Consera Software our initial software product release was AgileOne™. This web-based software allows organizations to managing complex information technology infrastructures, optimizing their server resources while enabling change and flexibility in file server lifecycle management.
Consera was acquired by Hewlett-Packard in 2004, and AgileOne was re-branded as HP OpenView Service Delivery Controller.

We used waterfall for our development process. We completed many specs prior to beginning any coding. Below are a few key specs.
COMMON SPECIFICATIONS | ADDITIONAL INFORMATION |
UI Requirements and Functional Spec | Initially for v1 we created a UI requirements which was an all inclusive spec that included shell outline, behaviors, basic functionality. |
Shell overall UI Spec | Later we broke the UI out from the main spec and created a Shell UI spec. The Shell UI document outlines the behaviors, defaults, colors spacing etc. |

Job Monitor | This is the job monitor section. It is intended to display the job engine and the activities broken down into the various steps that made up a job. |
Migrate demo handout | This document was a hand out for a meeting that was a demo of this activity. It was intended to show the open issues and questions. It was asked that all participants took notes and returned them to me with their input. It was also intended as support for those who were not able to attend the demo to be able to get an idea of the discussion. |
